ClassBase is very user-friendly and intuitive. Like a paper stream can find a way in your organization, the digital stream shall also find a way. Together we implement the catchword tree and the structure of your company, even as the access rights and the structure of the report- and other screens. In practice we've learned that users of the ClassBase system don't need additional training to report deviations. The input screen can be fitted for purpose, based on your needs and your demands. Afterwards you can re-tune or make modifications yourself. Only managers and safety-experts, the profound users of ClassBase, will need the mentioned short training during the implementation, as spoken, in practice limited to 1-2 days.

First of all ClassBase has a Riskrate function. In every report you'll find a section where you can enter information about the risk, chance and  effect and the possible recurrence of the deviation. Based on that information ClassBase will calculate a number that represents an action which you can find in the comprehensive Riskrate table.

The second alarm function and at the same time a powerful control function is the ClassBase alarm list. This tool will monitor automatically all the reports and follow-up actions which are due dated. This function stands for total control of all measures, follow up's and actions in your database, automatically!

With the new web based version of ClassBase we've not only reduced the barriers in using the system company wide, but also for the IT-department in relation to the acceptance and implementation of new software and functionality. 

Organizations who already use Windows NT of 200x server with IIS can easy install and manage the ClassBase application and database, together or separate. No local software or drivers and a solid and reliable environment. SQL-server is necessary if you want to have the SQL version of the ClassBase database.

Clients only need the Windows '98, Me, 2000 of XP operating system and the Internet Explorer to enter the ClassBase HTML- and ASP code and pages.

As an option we can assist in the connection between ClassBase and the Windows 200x Active Directory for advanced domain access and security or e-mail addresses. Furthermore we offer connections with separate batched tables to link with SAP-data for example.

Last but not least we could supply a turn-key solution if desired, consist of a powerful and complete server with Windows Small Business Server 2003, SQL, IIS and of course the ClassBase solution, service and support.
