No long and complex procedures for installation, support and education, user-friendly software and an open communication with a regular staff.

A fast implementation of the software and procedures with the help of a ClassBase specialist to get live in mostly less then one day.

A helpdesk to support you whenever needed. No delays, no waiting's but fast and professional  answers to your questions.

This all is obvious, we've worked hard to develop powerful and stable software to guarantee smooth and trouble free use of the software, satisfaction for you and an minimum of support for us!

 

This will also shorten the road between your decision and the implementation in five surveyable steps:

1. Information

Decision makers know beside the budget also the functional side. In one ore more presentations at your location we'll show everything you want to see and we will answer all your questions to you and involved persons. Interactive, we show you what we're saying.    

2. Decision

After this first important step we usually get an invitation to put some things on paper and submit an offer for ClassBase. The next step is to evaluate our offer, communicate the details and sign the offer to use your ClassBase licenses and get our support. It's as easy as that.

3. Wishes, demands and customization

Special wishes or customizations are probably available in this stage, because they were communicated before or during step 1. of this process and most probably implemented by us during one of the demonstrations. We do this often, just to show how flexible ClassBase is to fit your needs.   

4. Implementation

On the preferred date we and your IT-staff will install and implement ClassBase on your server. Contiguous we'll arrange your catchword tree, labels and tables and share our knowledge with you, so you're able to start the next day!    

5. Education and LIVE!

If desired we will arrange additional education for the users of ClassBase, although our experience tells us that this will be managed internally by the people that where involved during the implementation. That's easy to do and will save time and money on your site!

Of course ClassBase comes complete with digital documentation for the manager, the custodian and the user.

 

 

Support and maintenance

Another succesfactor will secure your satisfaction, we will take care that you're not only satisfied in the beginning but also afterwards.

The ClassBase support contract will guarantee an up-to date state of your software version. All new patches, upgrades and updates are yours, at least once every year. Furthermore you can count on our helpdesk for all your questions. We'll keep you on track and so you can continue your road know and in the future.

Your track is our track!

We commit ourselve to offer this level of support to you for at least three years, with every year the option to continue the support arrangement for one year. You can be sure that your investment and your software  evolution is safe.

It's also our policy to implement your professional and new ideas and suggestions in ClassBase if these ideas are compatible with the ideas of more customers and our data structure. This is also a reason that ClassBase has become a very professional and useful tool with the knowledge of experts. We're doing this for more than 15 years and we're intend to keep it that way!
